Wild Hibiscus Sour

2 oz Rye Whiskey (such as Krobar Rye)

1 oz Hibiscus Rose Cocktail Mixer

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz aquafaba (or 1 egg white)

Combine rye and egg white in a shaker and dry shake (NO ICE) for 30 seconds or until frothy.  Add Hibiscus Rose mixer, lemon juice, and ice and shake for 30 more seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe.  Garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
