1 ½ oz apple and pear infused gin
½ oz absinthe
½ oz pear brandy
1 oz apple cider
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz Ginger Citrus
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled collins glass. Top up with seltzer.
