Paper Plane

3/4 ounce bourbon

3/4 ounce YCC Amarø

3/4 ounce Aperol

3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

(Aperol and Bourbon can be replaced with Non Alcoholic versions to make a mocktail.)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
