Damaged, Lost & Stolen Shipments
We will refund all damaged, lost, or stolen shipments with Optional shipping protection purchased at checkout. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a claim. Optional Shipping Protection is Required. No Exceptions.
Drink at Home Club shipments are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
