Pine Satsuma Spritz

1 oz YCC Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
0.5 oz lemon juice
Club soda to top
Mint for muddling and garnish

Muddle a few leaves of mint in a shaker with the mixer and lemon juice
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
top with club soda
garnish with mint
