1 oz YCC Hibiscus Rose Cocktail Mixer
1 oz Gin
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine

Shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a flute and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.
