Springtime Spritz

1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz YCC Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
.5 oz Fresh Lemon
Sparkling Wine

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
