OUR FAVORITE RECIPES

 

GINGER CITRUS

Penicillin
  • 2 oz Blended scotch whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz  Mixer
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Single Malt Scotch
Shake ingredients on ice.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.   ORANGE CLOVE The Ancient Mariner
  • 1 oz  Mixer
  • 2 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients on ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

 

SRIRACHA LIME

Sriracha Margarita
  • 1 1/2 oz mixer
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime
  • 1/2 oz triple sec

Shake on ice, strain into a margarita glass. Serve on the rocks

 

LAVENDER HONEY

Lavender 75
  • 1 oz  Mixer
  • 1 oz gin
  • 3-4 oz Champagne or sparkling wine

Combine mixer and gin in a champagne flute. Top up with bubbly.

 

HIBISCUS ROSE

Wild Hibiscus Sour
  • 1 oz  Mixer
  • 2 oz Rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously on ice and strain into a chilled coupe.

 

RHUBARB VANILLA

Rhubarb Vanilla Cooler

  • 1 oz Mixer
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • Club Soda.

Combine first three ingredients in a  shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top up with club soda and ice.

 

BLOOD ORANGE AND CHILI PEPPER

 Hot Blooded
  • 1 1/2 oz Mixer
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice and shake.Strain into a double old fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a candied orange slice or dried chili pepper.

 

BLUEBERRY BASIL

Blue Baller
  • 1 oz  Mixer
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz fresh Lemon Juice

Shake ingredients on ice, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

 

CUCUMBER JALAPENO

Smokey and the Bandit
  • 1 oz mixer
  • 3/4 oz mezcal
  • 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake thoroughly. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

 

BLACKBERRY POMEGRANATE

Blackberry Pomegranate Bramble

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Mixer
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Mint

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice.Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice. Garnish with mint.

 

ORGEAT SYRUP

Original Mai Tai
  • 2 oz aged blended rum (i.e. appleton estate)
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand orange curacao
  • 1/4 oz rich simple syrup (2 to 1 sugar to water)
  • 1/4 OZ Yes Orgeat syrup

Shake ingredients in a shaker over crushed ice.Empty all contents into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and spent lime shell.

 

CALIFORNIA CITRUS TONIC SYRUP

California G and T

  • 1/2 oz Yes Tonic syrup
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3-4 oz sparkling water
Combine the tonic syrup and gin in an old fashioned glass with ice. Stir and top up with sparkling water.  

PASSIONFRUIT SYRUP

Saturn
  • 1/2 oz Yes Passion fruit syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Falernum
  • 1/4 oz Yes orgeat syrup
  • 1 1/4 oz dry gin

Combine ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe.

 

COLD BREW COFFEE SYRUP

C(old) Fashioned

  • 1/4 oz Yes Cold Brew Coffee Syrup
  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 2 dashes of fee’s old fashioned bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass on ice. Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.

 

POMEGRANATE GRENADINE

Ward 8
  • 2 1/4 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz orange juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel and a cherry.
