Dancing on the Ceiling

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

0.5 oz Grenadine

Mint for Muddling

Boozy Cherry for Garnish

 

Muddle mint at the bottom of shaker with Key Lime Sour Mixer.

Add ice, bourbon and grenadine and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a boozy cherry.

Sherry Baby

2.5 oz Fino Sherry

0.5 oz Tonic Syrup

2 oz Club Soda

Lime Wheels for Garnish

Fresh Mint for Garnish

 

In a Collins glass filled with ice, combine the Fino Sherry, the Tonic Syrup, and the Club soda.

Stir to combine and garnish with citrus wheels and fresh mint.

Royal Paloma

2 oz Blanco tequila

1 oz Cointreau

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

1/4 oz Pernod Anise-Liqueur 

0.5 Tonic Syrup

1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer

Club Soda

Crushed ice

Lemon/Grapefruit wheel for garnish

 

Combine Tequila, Cointreau, Citrus juice, Pernod, Tonic Syrup, and Grapefruit Mixer in a cocktail mixing glass.

Add crushed ice to mixing glass to fill about two-thirds of the way full.

Stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a large glass over more crushed ice.

Top up with club soda

Garnish with Citrus Wheel.

Classic Vodka Tonic

2 oz Vodka

0.5 oz Tonic Syrup

4 oz club soda

Lemon wheel to garnish

 

Fill a highball glass with ice

Add vodka, tonic syrup, and club soda then stir to combine.

Garnish with lemon wheel.

Classic Gin & Tonic

2 oz Gin

0.5 oz Tonic Syrup

4 oz club soda

Lime wheel to garnish

 

Fill a highball glass with ice

Add gin, tonic syrup, and club soda then stir to combine.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Peppermint Martini

2 oz White Chocolate liqueur

0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup

2 oz vodka

1 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream

Fresh mint, for garnish

 

Add White Chocolate Liqueur, Candy Cane Syrup, Vodka and Heavy Whipping Cream to a shaker with ice.

Shake until well-chilled.

Strain into chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with fresh mint.

Peppermint White Mocha

0.5 Candy Cane Syrup

1 oz White Chocolate Sauce

Steamed Milk (Cold Milk for blended version)

Espresso (optional for coffee version)

Ice (optional for blended version)

 

Combine Candy Cane syrup and white Chocolate Sauce in a cup

Add Espresso if you’re making the coffee version of this.

Add steamed milk and stir gently to combine.

 

(For blended version, replace steamed milk with cold milk.

Then add all ingredients in blender and blend.)

Candy Cane Julep

0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup

2 oz Bourbon

~2 cups crushed ice

Fresh Mint for garnish

 

Add the bourbon and Candy Cane Syrup to the bottom of a large glass

Add ice to fill glass and stir to combine.

Top with more ice and garnish with fresh mint.

 

Peppermint White Russian

2 oz Vodka

0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup

1 oz Coffee Liqueur

1.5 oz Heavy Cream

 

Place ice cube into a rocks glass.
Pour the Vodka and Syrup in the glass.
Stir.
Next, pour in liqueur and slowly pour in heavy cream.
Stir to combine.

Peppermint Mule

2 oz Vodka (Replace with NA spirit for mocktail)

0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup

0.5 oz lime juice

4 oz ginger beer

Crushed Ice

 

Fill copper mule mug with ice.

Stir in vodka, candy cane syrup and lime juice.

Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with fresh mint.
