Sweet/Bitter Spritz
.5 oz Yes Grenadine Syrup
.5 oz Yes Sangria Mixer
.5 oz Yes Tonic syrup
1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Club soda to top
Combine both syrups, mixer and grapefruit juice in a shaker over ice.
Shake to combine.
Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with club soda.

.5 oz Creme de Cassis
1 oz Sangria Mixer
Dry Champagne to top
Lemon wheel for garnish
Pour Creme de Cassis into a Champagne Flute
Pour Sangria Mixer into the flute
Top with Champagne
Garnish with lemon wheel
Replace Creme de Cassis with Chambord for a Sangria Kir Imperial)
Sunrise Mimosa
1 oz Sangria Mixer
1 oz Orange Juice
Champagne (Replace with Club soda for a Brunch Mocktail)
Pour the mixer and the orange juice in the bottom of a champagne flute
Top with your choice of sparkling beverage

Mixed Berry Mojito
1 oz Sangria Mixer
1 oz Lime Juice
6 Mint leaves
2 oz White rum (omit Rum for Mint Berry Mocktail)
Small handful mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
Fill a tumbler with small handful of mixed berries and Mint leaves.
Muddle together in the bottom of the glass
Add White rum, Sangria Mixer and Lime Juice and stir.
Add ice to fill glass and top with club soda.
Stir to combine.
La Sangrita
2.5 oz Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz Sangria Mixer
Club Soda
Blackberries to garnish
Combine Tequila, Triple Sec, Fresh Lime Juice, and Sangria Mixer in a shaker with ice.
Shake to chill – 20 seconds
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
Top with club soda and stir
Garnish with blackberries
Charlemagne Crush
3 oz Vodka
1 oz Creme de Cassis or Chambord
1 oz Sangria Mixer
Club Soda
Orange Wheel for Garnish
Combine vodka, Creme de Cassis, and Sangria Mixer in a shaker with ice.
Shake until the cocktail shaker is frosty on the outside – 20-30 seconds
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with Orange Wheel.
Que Sera Sera
.5 oz Pineapple Mojito Mixer
.5 oz Key Lime Sour mixer
2 oz coconut water
Pinch of salt
Club Soda or Tonic water
Add both mixers, coconut water and the pinch of salt to a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled
Open pour into a chilled rocks glass
Top up with club soda or Tonic Water
Garnish with a sprig of mint
Pineapple Mockup
1 oz Yes Pineapple Mojito Mixer
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz Yes Grenadine
Ginger Beer to top
Combine the Pineapple mixer, grenadine and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled
Pour into a Collins glass over ice
Top up with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a Cherry
Pineapple Mint Martini
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz Pineapple Mojito Mixer
Add vodka, Cointreau (or triple sec) and pineapple mojito mixer to a shaker with ice.
Shake until very cold
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Prickly Pear Spritz
1 oz Vodka
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup
Prosecco to top
Orange wheel for garnish
Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaker with ice
Shake and Strain into chilled glass with ice
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with orange wheel
- For a mocktail spritz, omit the vodka, and replace the Aperol and Prosecco with Yes Cocktail co Amarø and club soda, respectively.
