Spicy Cranberry Mule

½ oz Gingersnap Cocktail Mixer
½ oz Cranberry Spice Mixer
2 oz Jalapeno & Ginger Infused Tequila
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz St. Germain
2 oz Carbonated Water

In advance, combine 4 roughly chopped jalapenos and a 1″ chopped piece of ginger in a mason jar with 8 oz of tequila. Infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain before using. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with carbonated water to taste.

GingerSnap Hot Toddy

½ oz Gingersnap Mixer
2 oz Your favorite Spirit
½ oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir to combine. Top up with hot (not boiling) water and enjoy!

Peppermint Mudslide

1½ oz Heavy Cream
½ oz Peppermint & Cacao Syrup
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with shaved chocolate.


½ oz Candy Cane Syrup
2 oz gin or vodka
½ oz Dry Vermouth
Yes Boozy Cherries (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

The Nutcracker

1½ oz Brandy
½ oz orange liqueur
½oz Yes Gingerbread Syrup
¼ oz Nocino or Coffee Liqueur
¼ oz Heavy Cream

Combine mixer all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with nutmeg.

Life and Lemons

2 oz rum

.5 Meyer Lemon Sour Mix

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 oz Boozy Cherry Juice

Few Dashes Bitters

Pour Cherry Juice into the bottom of a rocks glass. in a shaker add all other ingredients with ice and mix. Strain into glass.

Tending Gardens

2 oz Vodka

.5 oz Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer

.25 oz Cranberry Juice

.75 oz Lemon Juice


2 Cucumber Slices

1 Lemon Slice

In a shaker muddle 1 cucumber slice and add ice, vodka, mixer, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Shake and strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer.

Meyer Lemon 75×2

2 oz Gin

1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

1 oz Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer

1 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice

2 Meyer Lemon Twists

In a shaker combine ice, gin, elderflower liqueur, meyer lemon juice and mixer. Shake and split between two champagne flutes. Top both drinks with sparkling wine and garnish with meyer lemon twists.

The Frozen Lemon

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Orange Liqueur

.5 oz Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer

2 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice

1 cup Ice

1 tbsp Salt

Rim Glass With salt. Combine all other ingredients in blender plus a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and pour into glass.

Sparkling Bourbon Sour

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

1 oz Fresh Key Lime Juice

1 Egg white

Key Lime Wedge

In Shaker combine Bourbon Key Lime Sour mix, juice and egg white. Shake with no ice for 20 to 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into glass and garnish with lime wedge.
