2 oz non-alcoholic 0.0% abv gin
1 oz Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz club soda
fresh sage leaf
1 slice lemon
In a cocktail shaker combine ice, non alcoholic gin, mixer. and lemon juice. Shake and strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with with club soda and garnish with lemon slice and sage leaf.

3 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Lavender Honey Mixer
2 oz club soda
1 basil sprig
1 fresh lavender sprig
purple food dye(optional)
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, lemon juice and lavender honey mixer. Shake and strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and add purple food die until desired lavender color. Garnish with basil and lavender sprigs.
The Kombucha Mule
1/2 cup ginger kombucha
1oz Blackberry Pomegranate mixer
1oz fresh lime juice
4 leaves fresh mint
1 lime wedge
fresh blackberries(optional)
1 piece candied ginger(optional)
In a cocktail shaker combine, mixer, lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle together, strain into a copper mug and top with kombucha. Garnish with candied ginger and blackberries on a cocktail pick. Add lime to rim of mug and enjoy!
Cucumber Jalapeno Limeade
2 quarts cold water
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 cups Cucumber Jalapeno Mixer
sliced jalapeno
sliced cucumber
In a large pitcher combine water, lime juice and cucumber jalapeno mixer. Stir and place in refrigerator for at least two hours. Garnish each glass with cucumber and jalapeno slices.
Key Lime Float
1 scoop sherbet
1.5 oz Key Lime Sour Mix
6 oz sparkling water
1 slice key lime
Combine sparkling water and mixer in a glass. Stir to combine and top with sherbert. Garnish with key lime slice and enjoy!
Sugarhouse Coffee
.75 oz Charred oak Maple Syrup
1.5 oz Bourbon
4 oz Freshly brewed coffee
Combine bourbon and syrup in a mug.
Top up with hot coffee. Garnish with
whipped cream drizzled with syrup.
Frozen Hot Chocolate
.75 oz Peppermint and Cacao Syrup
1.5 cups chocolate milk
.5 cups hot cocoa mix
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Top with whipped cream
Holly Jolly
1 oz Stone Pine & Satsuma
2 oz gin or vodka
ginger beer
Combine all ingredients directly in glass. Add ice, top up with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Pecan Pie Old Fashioned
2oz Bourbon
3-5 dashes of bitters
1/4oz Toasted Pecan Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass on ice. Stir and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a single ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
Pecan Manhattan
2 oz whiskey
½ oz toasted pecan syrup
½ oz sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass on ice
Strain into a coupe glass.
