GINGER CITRUS

    • Moscow Mule

      1.5 oz mixer - 1.5 oz vodka - 4 oz club soda - ice. In a copper mug, stir mixer, vodka, & ice. Add club soda to taste. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.

    • Kentucky Mule

      1.5 oz mixer - 1.5 oz bourbon - 4 oz club soda - ice. In a copper mug, stir mixer, bourbon, & ice. Add club soda to taste. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.

    • Dark & Stormy

      1.5 oz mixer - 1.5 oz rum - 4 oz club soda - ice. In a copper mug, stir mixer, rum, & ice. Add club soda to taste. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Pimms Cup

      1.5 oz mixer - 1.5 oz vodka - 1 oz Pimms No. 1 Liquor - 4 oz lemonade - ice - 1 strawberry - 5 blueberries. Lightly muddle berries in the bottom of a mixing glass. All all other ingredients and stir. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.

    • Afternoon in Naples

      2 oz bourbon - .5 oz Campari - 1.5 oz Mixer - .5 oz Lime Juice - Club Soda In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake first four ingredients. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice, top with club soda to taste.

HIBISCUS ROSE

    • Hibiscus Cooler

      1 ½ oz mixer - 1 ½ oz vodka - 4 oz club soda - 1 oz lime - ice. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine mixer, vodka, & lime and shake. Strain into a collins glass. Add club soda to taste.

    • Sparkling Hibiscus

      ¾ oz mixer - 5 oz champagne. Add mixer to the bottom of a flute of coupe. Top up with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    • Simple Pleasures

      1 ½ oz mixer - 2 oz rum - 1 oz lime juice - ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.

    • Estrellita

      1 ½ oz mixer - 2 oz vodka - 1/8 tsp. cinnamon - ½ oz lime juice - ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

    • Roseine

      1 ½ oz blanco tequila - ½ oz Campari - ½ oz mixer, ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice - ½ oz fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

    • Hibiscus Rose Gin & Tonic

      Add a splash of Hibiscus Rose to your favorite G+T recipe!

ORANGE CLOVE

    • Old Fashioned

      ¾ oz mixer - 2 ½ oz Bourbon (Rye or Whiskey). Combine mixer and whiskey with a large ice sphere and stir until combined. Garnish with an orange peel

    • Spiced & Spiked

      1 ½ vodka - 1 oz orange juice - ½ mixer- 1 dash orange bitters- ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

    • Hot Toddy

      2 oz whiskey - 1 oz mixer - 1 oz lemon juice - 6 oz hot water. Combine first 3 ingredients in a mug and then add hot water. Stir gently with a cinnamon stick. Garnish with an orange wheel or peel.

    • Holiday Mulled Wine

      In a sauce pan, combine 1 liter bottle red wine with 16 oz orange clove mixer. Heat until just before boiling (approx 160 F). Serve warm.

LAVENDER HONEY

    • Bees Knees

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz gin - ½ fresh lemon juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist & lavender sprig.

    • Lavendou

      2 oz cognac - 1 oz mixer - ¾ fresh lemon juice - 1 lavender sprig- ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lavender sprig.

    • Lavenderita

      2 oz tequila - 1 oz mixer - 1 oz fresh lime juice - ice. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a salted margarita or rocks glass filled with ice.

    • Lavender Old Fashioned

      2 oz bourbon - ½ mixer - 1 dash angostura bitters. Stir all ingredients on the rocks. Serve in an old fashioned glass with large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a lemon peel.

    • Lavender French 75

      1 oz gin - ¾ mixer - 5 oz champagne Combine gin and mixer in a champagne flute and stir gently. Top up with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

BLOOD ORANGE & CHILI PEPPER

    • Spicy Margarita

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salted glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Spicy Caipirinha

      1 ½ oz mixer - 2 oz Cachaca - ½ lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salted glass filled with ice. Garnish with a candied blood orange.

    • Bitter Housewife

      1 oz mixer - ½ Campari - 2 oz vodka. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice & shake. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a jalapeño slice.

    • Spicy Sangria

      1 oz mixer - 5 oz red wine - ice. Combine mixer and wine in a glass and stir. Add ice to chill & garnish with blood orange slices.

CUCUMBER JALAPENO

    • Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salted glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Cucumber Jala-Vino

      1 oz mixer - 5 oz white wine (we recommend Viognier) - ice. Combine mixer and wine in a glass and stir. Add ice to chill & garnish with cucumber slices.

    • Paperback writer

      2 oz gin - 1 oz mixer - ½ fresh lemon juice - ½ amaro taverna. Comine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with a lemon cucumber slice.

    • El Derby

      1 oz Mixer-2oz Mezcal-¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice-5 sprigs of mint. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and muddle the mint. Add ice, shake and strain into a Julep glass filled with ice.

BLUEBERRY BASIL

    • Blue Baller

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz Rye whiskey - ½ oz fresh lemon juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a basil leaf.

    • Summer Berry Sangria

      1 oz mixer - 5 oz white wine (we recommend Sauvignon Blanc) - ice. Combine mixer and wine in a glass and stir. Add ice to chill & garnish with a base leaf.

    • Blueberry Basil Gin Fizz

      1.5 oz mixer-2 oz gin-½ oz fresh lemon. Combine all three ingredients in a shaker and shake on ice. Strain into a highball class and top with club soda. Garnish with some fresh blueberries.

    • Blueberry Basil Margarita

      1.5 oz Mixer-¾ oz Lime Juice-2 oz Tequila-1 oz Triple Sec. Combine ingredients on ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

BLACKBERRY POMEGRANATE

    • Berry-Rita

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salted glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Blackberry Smash

      1 oz Mixer-2 oz bourbon-½ oz fresh lemon-5 mint leaves. Combine ingredients in a shaker and muddle the mint. Shake on ice, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

    • Blackberry Pomegranate Mojito

      1 oz mixer-¾ oz fresh lime juice-2 oz white rum-5 mint leaves. Combine ingredients on ice and shake vigorously in a shaker. Strain into a highball class filled with ice. Top up with club soda.

    • Blackberry Pomegranate Negroni

      1 oz mixer-1 oz campari-1 oz gin. Combine ingredients on ice in a rocks glass. Stir vigorously over ice.

SRIRACHA LIME

    • Sriracha Margarita

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz fresh lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a salted glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Sriracha Michelada

      1 ½ oz mixer - ½ lime juice - mexican lager - ½ tsp worchestershire sauce - salt (for rimming). Rim a pint glass. Then add lime juice, worchestershire, mixer and ice. Top up with beer.

    • Spicy Greyhound

      1 oz mixer - 1 oz grapefruit juice - 1 ½ oz vodka - club soda. Combine first three ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake well. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top up with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • The Melon Baller

      1 oz mixer- 2 oz vodka - ½ oz fresh lime - 2 strawberries - ½ cup watermelon chunks. In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries and watermelon until reduced to pulp. Add all other ingredients and ice and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a pint glass, adding more ice if desired. Or try this drink blended!

    • Dog Day Afternoon

      1 oz mixer - 2 oz gin - ½ lime - club soda. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine first three ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and top up with club soda.

POMEGRANATE GRENADINE

    • Scofflaw

      1 ½ oz rye whiskey - ¾ oz dry vermouth - ½ oz lemon juice - ½ oz grenadine - 1 dash angostura bitters - 1 dash orange bitters. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    • Ward 8

      2 oz bourbon - ½ oz lemon juice - ½ oz orange juice - ½ oz grenadine. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with two cherries.

    • Pink Lady

      2 oz gin - ½ oz grenadine - ¾ oz lemon juice - 1 egg white. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry.

    • Tequila Sunrise

      2 oz tequila - 3 oz fresh orange juice - ½ oz grenadine. In a shaker with cracked ice, combine tequila and orange juice and shake. Strain into a collins glass full of cracked ice. Then add grenadine and stir gently, producing layers of oranges and reds.

    • Russian Kiss

      2 oz vodka - ¾ oz grenadine - ½ fresh lemon juice - club soda. In a shaker with ice, combine first three ingredients and shake. Strain into a high ball glass full of ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with two cherries.

CALIFORNIA CITRUS TONIC SYRUP

    • California Gin & Tonic

      2 oz gin - ¾ oz tonic syrup- carbonated water. Combine gin, tonic syrup, and large ice sphere in an old fashioned glass and stir. Top with carbonated water to taste (approx 4 oz). Stir gently to combine.

    • Victory Lap

      1 ½ oz bourbon - ½ oz tonic syrup- 2 oz grapefruit juice. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

    • Espresso Tonic

      Double shot espresso - ¾ tonic syrup - squeeze of lime - club soda. Combine first three ingredients in a glass and stir. Top with club soda. Make it boozy with a shot of vodka.

    • Gin & Tonic Sour

      ¾ tonic syrup - 1 ½ oz gin- ½ oz lime juice - 1 egg white. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously until egg white is frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe.

    • Tonic Old Fashioned

      ¾ oz tonic syrup - 2 oz bourbon - 2 dashes angostura bitters - soda water. Add tonic, bourbon and bitters to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon peel.

PASSION FRUIT SYRUP

    • Saturn

      1 1/4 oz gin - ½ oz fresh lemon juice - ½ oz passionfruit syrup - 1/4 oz orgeat syrup - 1/4 falernum. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    • Passionfruit Sour

      2 oz rye whiskey - ¾ oz orange liquor - ½ oz passionfruit syrup - ½ oz lemon juice. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    • Passionfruit Margarita

      ¾ oz passionfruit syrup - 2 oz tequila - ¾ oz lime juice. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    • Alimony

      ½ oz passionfruit syrup - 1 ½ oz gin - ¾ oz lemon juice - ½ oz Campari. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist

ORGEAT SYRUP

    • 1936 Mai Tai (ORIGINAL BY TRADER VIC)

      2 oz aged blended rum- ¾ oz lime juice - 1/4 oz orgeat syrup - 1/4 oz double sweet simple syrup - ½ oz dry curaçao. In a cocktail shaker full of crushed ice and a few cubes, combine all ingredients and shake well. Pour into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a spent lime shell and mint sprig.

    • The Japanese Cocktail

      2 oz Japanese Whiskey - ¾ oz orgeat syrup - 1/4 oz simple syrup - 3 dashes angostura bitters. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    • The Royal Pearl

      2 oz gin - 1/4 oz orgeat syrup - ½ oz lime juice - 1 oz pineapple juice. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe.

    • Pinky Gonzales

      2 oz tequila - 1/4 oz orgeat syrup - 1/4 oz simple syrup - ½ oz lime juice - ½ oz triple sec or cointreau. In a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Pour into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a spent lime shell.

COLD BREW COFFEE SYRUP

Featuring Spearhead Cold Brew

    • Jitney

      ¾ oz mezcal - ¾ oz Campari - ½ oz coffee syrup - 1 oz dry vermouth - 2 dashes absinthe. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube or sphere.

    • Cold Brew Negroni

      1 oz Campari - ½ oz Coffee Syrup - 1 oz sweet vermouth. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube or sphere.

    • Coffee Martini

      2 oz gin or vodka - ½ oz coffee syrup - ½ oz dry vermouth - ½ oz heavy cream (optional) Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. garnish with an orange peel.

    • King Coffee

      1 ½ oz. aged rum - 1 oz. coffee syrup - 2 oz. stout beer - 2 oz. coffee - ¾ oz. heavy cream Combine all ingredients, except heavy cream, and roll between a mixing glass and mug. Finally, pour the drink into the mug and float heavy cream on top by slowly pouring over the back of a barspoon. Garnish.

    • Morning Due

      1 ½ oz. Fernet Branca - 1 oz. sweet vermouth - ½ oz. coffee syrup - sprinkle of cinnamon. Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an old fashioned glass with large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a lemon twist.
