1 oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
1 oz Dry Gin
1⁄2 oz. Campari
1 oz. Rhubarb Vanilla Mixer
1⁄2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Sparkling Wine, to top.
Combine first six ingredients in a shaker on ice and strain into a coupe glass. Add sparkling wine to top off. Garnish with a lemon peel.
