- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz white vermouth
- 1 oz Rhubarb Vanilla
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes peychauds bitters
- Club Soda
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until chilled (10 seconds). Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top up with club soda, if desired.
