1 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2-3 oz Seltzer.
Shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a ice filled collins glass. Top off with seltzer. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.
