Pink Lady

1/2 oz apple juice

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz grenadine

1 egg white

(or 1 oz aquafaba)

 

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice

Strain into chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lemon slice
