Rhubarb Colada

2 oz Rum

1 oz pineapple juice

.75 oz Coconut cream

.75 oz rhubarb vanilla

.25 oz Lime Juice

1 barspoon Amaro

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
