Pumpkin Maple Latte
0.5 oz charred oak & maple syrup
0.5 cup milk of your choice
0.5 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup coffee (or espresso)
combine syrup, milk, and pumpkin puree in a saucepan over low/medium heat. Whisk to combine the puree with the liquid ingredients.
Once simmering, pour into your mug containing coffee or espresso.
Apple Crisp Oat Latte
0.5 oz Spiced Apple syrup
1 cup coffee (or espresso)
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp brown sugar
1 cup oat milk
combine the spiced apple syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar and oatmilk in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
whisk to froth
pour into your mug containing your coffee
top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
Mexican Hot Chocolate Inspired Mocha
1 cup hot coffee (or double espresso)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp milk or milk substitute
0.75 oz Yes Cocktail Hot Honey Syrup
Whipped cream or marshmallows (optional)
Dark chocolate to garnish
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a small pot on the stove.
Be careful not to get the mixture too hot or the milk will scald, whisking helps.
Carefully pour mixture into a mug.
Top with whipped cream or marshmallows and shaved dark chocolate
Blood Moon Sangria
16 oz YCC Sangria Mixer
1 bottle your choice of wine
10 oz Brandy
12 oz blood orange juice
Your choice of fresh fruit
Blood orange wheel to Garnish
In a container with a lid, combine brandy and all sliced fruit
Allow to sit at room temp for 24 hours.
When ready to serve, combine mixer, wine & juice with
fruit & brandy combination in a pitcher and stir.
Add ice and serve immediately.
Garnish with a wheel of blood orange
Voodoo Tiki Punch
2 cups dark rum
2 cups spiced rum
2 cups brandy
8 oz Orgeat syrup
8 oz Grenadine
1 jar YCC boozy cherries
Club soda to top
Combine everything but club soda in a punchbowl and stir
Top punch bowl off with 4-6 cups of club soda, or to taste
Punch may be poured in cups with ice,
or served chilled and neat.
Apricot Bourbon Brew
2 oz bourbon
3 oz apricot nectar juice
0.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
3 dashes burnt orange bitters
Club Soda to top
Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake & strain into rocks glass over ice
Top with club soda
Garnish with a charred orange twist

0.5 oz YCC Spiced Apple Syrup
0.5 oz YCC Ginger Citrus Mixer
1 oz lemon juice
club soda or apple cider
optional: cinnamon sugar rim
Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake & strain into a rimmed coupe
Top with your choice of club soda or apple cider
Garnish with a generous slice of tart apple.
*For a spooky mocktail, omit the bourbon and add an additional 1 oz of lemon juice for more zing!
Dracula’s Kiss
1.5 oz Vodka*
1/2 oz YCC Grenadine
4-5 oz Cherry Cola
1 barspoon YCC Boozy Cherry Juice (straight from the jar)
2 YCC Boozy Cherries
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine grenadine, cherry juice and vodka and shake until chilled (10 seconds)
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
Top up with Cherry Cola
Garnish with 2 Boozy Cherries
*Omit the vodka from this recipe to make a Roy Rogers mocktail!

2 oz Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Hot Honey Syrup
Lemon twist for garnish
In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until chilled (approx. 10 seconds)
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz whiskey
1/2 oz toasted pecan syrup
