Hawaiian Sunset

1.5 oz vodka

1 oz Yes Orgeat

.5 oz Lemon Juice

5 oz lime juice

.25 oz Yes grenadine

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker on ice, and strain into a chilled coupe.

Chief Lapu Lapu

1 oz Yes Passionfruit Syrup

2 oz Blended Rum

1 oz light rum

2.5 oz orange juice

1 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice, and strain into a tiki mug or glass of your choice. .

Trigger Fish

.5 oz Yes Orgeat Syrup

2 oz gin

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.75 oz fresh pineapple juice

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass on ice.

Port Light

1 1/2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce Yes passion fruit syrup,

1/4 oz Yes grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Oaxaca Sunrise

1 oz Mezcal

1 oz Tequila Blanco

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz Yes Coffee Syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass on the rocks.

The Decameron

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Hopped Grapefruit & Rosemary Cocktail Mixer

4 oz Rose wine

2 dashes peychaud’s bitters

1/2 oz seltzer

In a wine glass with filled with ice, combine first four ingredients and stir to combine.  Top with seltzer to taste.  Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Ultimate Espresso Martini

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Fresh brewed espresso or cold brew concentrate

.5 oz Coffee Liqueur (I.E. Kahlua)

.5 oz Coffee Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. 

Swedish Tart

.5 oz nordic Tonic. 

1.5 oz vodka OR aquavit

3 oz Green tea Kombucha

Combine first two ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice. Top up with the kombucha. Garnish with dill. 

 

Dilly Derby

1.5 oz Bourbon

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz Nordic Tonic

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a coupe, garnished with grapefruit and flowers. 

Flamenco

.75 oz Orgeat

1.5 oz amontillado Sherry

1 oz Genever Gin

.5 lemon

.5 oz orange juice

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a coupe. No Garnish.
