Peppermint White Mocha
0.5 Candy Cane Syrup
1 oz White Chocolate Sauce
Steamed Milk (Cold Milk for blended version)
Espresso (optional for coffee version)
Ice (optional for blended version)
Combine Candy Cane syrup and white Chocolate Sauce in a cup
Add Espresso if you’re making the coffee version of this.
Add steamed milk and stir gently to combine.
(For blended version, replace steamed milk with cold milk.
Then add all ingredients in blender and blend.)
Candy Cane Julep
0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup
2 oz Bourbon
~2 cups crushed ice
Fresh Mint for garnish
Add the bourbon and Candy Cane Syrup to the bottom of a large glass
Add ice to fill glass and stir to combine.
Top with more ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Peppermint White Russian
2 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz Heavy Cream
Peppermint Mule
2 oz Vodka (Replace with NA spirit for mocktail)
0.5 oz Candy Cane Syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
Crushed Ice
Fill copper mule mug with ice.
Stir in vodka, candy cane syrup and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Sardinian Iced Tea
1 oz. Amarø
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
4 oz. Sparkling Wine (Can substitute club soda for NA mocktail)
Combine the first 3 ingredients in an ice-filled Collins glass
Stir, then top with sparkling wine
Garnish with a lime wheel
Black Widow
1.5 oz Amarø
1 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
1 oz lemon juice
A few dashes of bitters (can substitute for NA bitters)
Tonic Water
Blackberries to Garnish
Add Amarø, Mixer, lemon juice and bitters to a mixer with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.
Top up with tonic water
Garnish with a 1-2 blackberries
Black Manhattan
2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
1 ounce Amarø
2 dashes burnt orange bitters
For the garnish: Yes Boozy Cherries
Combine the whiskey, Amarø and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass (or any other type of glass).
Fill the mixing glass with 1 handful ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry and serve.
NA Lager Spritz
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 ounce Amarø
6 ounces NA lager
Lemon twist for garnish
Combine lemon juice and Amarø in a large wine glass.
Fill glass with ice and beer; stir well.
Garnish with lemon peel, and serve.
Off-White Russian
2 cups cold brew coffee
2 cups eggnog
1 cup (8 ounces) vodka
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Amarø
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Yes Coffee liqueur
4 ounces Coffee Syrup
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Combine cold brew, eggnog, vodka, Amarø, coffee liqueur, and coffee syrup in a large serving bowl or pitcher.
Stir until well combined and refrigerate until well chilled, about 45 minutes.
Remove the cocktail from the refrigerator, and stir well to recombine.
Place a large ice cube in each of eight small rocks glasses.
Divide the cocktail evenly among glasses.
Garnish cocktails with freshly grated nutmeg.
Paper Plane
Ice
3/4 ounce bourbon
3/4 ounce Amarø
3/4 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
(Aperol and Bourbon can be replaced with Non Alcoholic versions to make a mocktail.)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
