Gingerbread Martini
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur (or Homemade Yes Cocktail Co. Irish Cream)
1/2 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Gingerbread Syrup
1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream (softened) or 2 oz Heavy Cream
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Naughty Gingerbread
2 oz Bourbon or Rum
1 oz Fresh Orange or tangerine Juice
1 oz Gingerbread Syrup
4 oz Ginger Beer or Ginger Soda
Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Open pour into a rocks glass. Top up with ginger beer/soda. Garnish with a candied ginger slice.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL: Substitute Apple cider for the spirits!
Sparkling Apple & Sherry Cocktail
1/4 apple, cored and diced
1 1/2 ounces apple brandy, such as Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Spiced Apple Sryup
1/2 ounce Oloroso sherry
4 ounces prosecco sparkling wine
orange twist, for garnish
Thinly sliced apple, for garnish
Add diced apple to the bottom of a mixing glass and muddle until apples are broken down and have released their juice. Fill the mixing glass 2/3 full with ice and then pour in apple brandy, Spiced Apple Syrup, and oloroso sherry. Stir to chill until mixing glass is very cold, about 20 seconds, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with prosecco. Twist orange peel over top of drink to release oils, then discard peels. Garnish with a thinly cut round of apple.
Apple Negroni
2 oz Laird’s Apple Jack
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Spiced Apple Syrup
1 oz Campari
Lemon twist, for garnish
Add apple brandy, sweet vermouth, Spiced Apple Syrup and Campari to an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Express lemon oils over drink and add lemon twist. Serve immediately.
Gin-Apple Punch Bowl
2 oranges
8 dashes Bangin’ Aromatic Bitters
6 ounces gin
6 ounces Applejack
2 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice from about 5 limes
2 ounces Yes Spiced Apple Cocktail Syrup
5 ounces water
Large block of ice for serving
Thin lime slices for garnish
RECIPE SERVES 5 DRINKS. You can batch up for additional drinks.

A day in advance, make a large ice block (or extra-large ice cubes) for serving.

Meanwhile, a few hours before serving, cut oranges into slices and muddle a few at a time in shaker. Strain and discard pulp and orange peel. When you have 2 ounces of juice, add Aromatic bitters. Pour into resealable 750-milliliter bottle (using funnel if desired.)

Add gin, applejack, lime juice, spiced apple syrup, and water. Seal bottle and shake to blend. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Serve in a punch bowl over ice, garnishing with lime slices.
Apple(jack) Rabbit
2 oz Laird’s Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz Yes Charred Oak & Maple Syrup
Add apple brandy, lemon juice, orange juice, and charred oak & maple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled coupe.
Peppery Ginger Cider
8 oz Fresh Apple Cider
4 oz Bourbon
2 oz Ginger Citrus Cocktail Mixer
Lemon Juice (to taste)
4 Yes Cocktail Co. Boozy Cherries
Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Bring cider and bourbon to a simmer in a small saucepan. Stir in ginger mixer and add lemon juice to taste. Divide cherries between 2 heatproof glasses or mugs and pour in cider combination. Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
Apple Navy Grog
2 oz dark rum
2 oz light rum
2 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz Apple Cider
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add dark rum, light rum, mixer, and lemon juice. Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds. Divide evenly between 2 ice-filled highball glasses. Top each glass with 2 ounces cider, stir gently to combine, garnish with grapefruit peel if desired, and serve.
Fit for a King
1 oz apple brandy or Calvados
1/2 oz Yes Cocktail Co Ginger Citrus
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula
Optional: 1/2 ounce egg white
In a cocktail shaker, combine apple brandy, Ginger Citrus, lemon, and Carpano Antica. If using egg white, add and shake dry, then add ice and shake further. (If not using egg white, add ice and shake.) Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
Maple Buttered Cider
2 Tbs Hot Buttered Rum Batter
2 oz Dark Rum, Whiskey, or Brandy
5 oz Apple Cider
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and warm through, stirring constantly. DO NOT BOIL. Pour into your favorite mug and serve immediately. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
