2 oz Espresso
3 oz Steamed Milk
crushed peppermint candy for garnish (optional)
Combine espresso and syrup in a mug, top up with steamed milk.
Garnish with crushed peppermint candy.
Hot Apple Spice
.75 oz Spiced Apple
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Bourbon
3 oz Hot Water
Combine syrup, lemon and bourbon in a mug
Stir and top up with Hot Water
Garnish with a lemon slice.
Homemade Coffee Creamer
Simply add 1 oz Yes Cocktail Co. syrup of your choice to 1-2 oz half and half or milk alternative to a shaker and dry shake without ice

Combine 2 oz of Whiskey, 0.5 oz of Charred Oak and Maple Simple Syrup, and Two Dashes of Toasted Walnut Bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for 15-20 seconds

Combine 2 oz Rye Whiskey, .5 oz Toasted Pecan Simple Syrup, & 2 dashes Rye Barrel Bitters into a mixing glass with ice.

Campfire Old Fashioned
.5 oz Charred Oak Maple Syrup
2 oz Rye Whiskey
2 Dashes Bangin’ Aromatic Bitters
Graham Cracker (for Rim)
Rim a rocks glass with graham cracker crumbles.
After that, combine the syrup, bitters and whiskey in the glass with a large ice cube.
Stir until combined, and garnish with an orange peel.
Enjoy with a toasted marshmallow.
Smoked Maple Mezcalrita
1 oz Smoked Maple Sour
.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Blanco Tequila
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a lime peel.
Summer’s Bitter End
1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Paloma
3 oz Sparkling Wine
Squeeze of Lemon
Combine Mixer, Aperol, Gin & Lemon in shaker on ice.
Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
Top up with Sparkling Wine.
Sugar Plum Vodka Punch
16 oz YCC Sugar Plum Mixer
32 oz Vodka
16 oz Lemon Juice
16 dashes of Bitters
Club Soda*
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl
Stir, and top with club soda to taste.
Coastal Sangria
16 oz YCC Sangria Mixer
750 ml wine of your choice
10 oz Brandy
Sliced Fruit & Berries
Ice
In a container with a lid, combine Brandy and sliced fruit of your choice.
Allow to sit at room temp for 24 hours.
When ready to serve, combine mixer, wine, brandy and fruit and stir to combine.
Fill pitcher with ice and serve immediately.
