Dill & Tonic

0.5 oz Yes Cocktail Tonic Syrup

1 oz Dill Pickle Juice

1.5 oz Club Soda

 

In a shaker with ice combine the syrup and pickle juice.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Top up with club soda.

Pineapple Mint Margarita

1 oz Pineapple Mojito Mixer

2 oz Tequila Blanco

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Orange Liqueur

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass.

Cider Fizz

1½ oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

2 oz Fresh Apple Cider

½ oz Spiced Apple Syrup

½ oz fresh lemon juice

2-4 oz seltzer

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with seltzer to taste.   Garnish with an apple slice.

Apple Pie Old Fashioned

2 oz Whiskey, Rye, Bourbon or Brandy

½ oz Spiced Apple Syrup

2 dashes (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract or vanilla bitters

2 dashes Bangin’ Bitters Black Walnut Bitters

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice and stir until chilled.  Strain into an old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with an apple slice & cinnamon stick

Spiced Apple Margarita

2 oz reposado tequila

½ oz Spiced Apple Syrup 

½ oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz fresh apple cider

Dash ground cinnamon

Sugar & Salt Rim:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. On a small plate, use a fork to blend the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Run a wedge of lime around the top of each drinking glass, then turn the glass down at a 45-degree angle and roll the top of the glass through the cinnamon, sugar and salt blend. Fill the glasses with ice and set them aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine all ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with star anise.

Homemade Irish Cream

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 ⅔ cups Irish whiskey

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

1 Tablespoon Cold Brew Coffee Syrup

4 dashes Toasted Walnut Bitters

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until mixture is emulsified nicely.

This should only take about 10-15 seconds.

Enjoy on the rocks, in coffee, hot chocolate, or use it in a cocktail!

Hibiscus Rose Pimm’s Cup

2 oz Pimm’s No. 1 Liqueur

0.5 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer

0.75 oz Ginger Citrus Mixer

1 oz Lemon Juice

2 Cucumber Thins (Muddled)

Seltzer

Mint to garnish.

 

Combine the Pimm’s, mixers and lemon in a Collins glass.

Muddle in the cucumber thins and stir.

Top up with ice and seltzer.

Stir.

Garnish with mint.

Lavender Creme

1.5 oz gin (or other non alcoholic botanic spirit)

1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup

1 oz heavy cream

1 large egg white (or substitute aqua faba)

 

Add the botanical spirit, lavender syrup, heavy cream and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.

Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a few lavender blossoms.

Bunny Hop Martini

2 oz Vodka or gin

.5 oz Creme de Violette

1 oz Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer

2 dashes bitters (your choice)

 

Shake with ice and strain into your favorite glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a bunny peep candy!

Overall Julep

1 oz Rye Whiskey

1 oz London Dry Gin

1/4 oz Grenadine

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz lime juice

Club soda

 

Combine the whiskey, gin, grenadine and juices in a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake well.

Pour into a tall Collins glass and top with club soda.

Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
