Pineapple Julep

2 1/2 oz bourbon
1 oz Pineapple Mojito Mixer
crushed ice for glass
fresh mint leaves for garnish

 

Combine bourbon and Pineapple mojito mixer together in a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain.

Pour over crushed iced and garnish with mint leaves.

 

Inverted Pincushion

2 oz Bourbon

.5 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Prickly Pear Syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

lemon wheel for garnish

Yes Cocktail Co. Bourbon-Infused Cherry for garnish

 

Combine the first three ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Vigorously shake for 10-15 seconds

Strain into a rocks glass over ice

Garnish with lemon wheel and bourbon-infused cherry

Pineapple Mojito

2 oz White Rum

1 oz Yes Pineapple Mojito Mixer

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Fresh Mint (for garnish)

*additional muddled mint optional

Carbonated Water

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake.

Open pour into highball glass.

Top with carbonated water.

Garnish with fresh mint.

The High Wire

1 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Amarø
1 oz Sweet Vermouth or Non-Alcoholic sweet vermouth
1 oz Yes cold brew syrup
½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Combine everything in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

Strain into a coupe and garnish with a few coffee beans.

 

Underhand High-Five

.5 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Amarø

1 oz grapefruit juice

.5 oz lime juice

.5 oz lavender simple syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and serve in a coupe.

Zero-Proof Amarø Spritz

3 oz. Soda Water

2 oz. Yes Cocktail Co. Amarø

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Orange Peel to Garnish

 

Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Pour the soda water over the ice and the Amarø following that.

Top with around 1-2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Stir with a barspoon and garnish with an orange peel.

Spicy Cranberry Mule

½ oz Gingersnap Cocktail Mixer
½ oz Cranberry Spice Mixer
2 oz Jalapeno & Ginger Infused Tequila
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz St. Germain
2 oz Carbonated Water

In advance, combine 4 roughly chopped jalapenos and a 1″ chopped piece of ginger in a mason jar with 8 oz of tequila. Infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain before using. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with carbonated water to taste.

GingerSnap Hot Toddy

½ oz Gingersnap Mixer
2 oz Your favorite Spirit
½ oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir to combine. Top up with hot (not boiling) water and enjoy!

Peppermint Mudslide

1½ oz Heavy Cream
½ oz Peppermint & Cacao Syrup
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with shaved chocolate.

Sant-ini

½ oz Candy Cane Syrup
2 oz gin or vodka
½ oz Dry Vermouth
Yes Boozy Cherries (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.
