Satsuma Gin Sour

2 oz gin
1.5 oz Stone pine mixer
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 egg white (or substitute)

Place all ingredients in a shaker without ice
Dry shake vigorously, add ice and shake again until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over ice
Garnish with citrus peel and a YCC boozy cherry

*Omit the Gin, and replace the Campari with YCC Amarø for a delicious mocktail

Pine Satsuma Spritz

1 oz Stone pine mixer
0.5 oz lemon juice
Club soda to top
Mint for muddling and garnish

Muddle a few leaves of mint in a shaker with the mixer and lemon juice
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
top with club soda
garnish with mint

Seoul Forest

1 oz Stone Pine mixer
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz unflavored Soju
1 oz Gin
0.75 oz extra dry prosecco

Combine all ingredients except prosecco in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
Top with prosecco

Pacific 75

2 oz Gin
1 oz Stone Pine Mixer
Sparkling wine to top

Combine the gin and mixer in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute
Top with sparkling wine of your choice
Garnish with a sprig of fresh pine

Con Air

Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
Brandy
Green Chartreuse
Maraschino Liqueur
Dry vermouth

Combine equal parts of all ingredients in a tumbler with ice and stir to chill and combine
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with a Yes Cocktail Co Boozy Cherry

Stone Pine Gin Fizz

4 oz Gin
1 oz Stone Pine & Satsuma mixer
Lemon for lemon peel
Club soda to top

Combine Gin, Stone Pine mixer, and two lemon peels in a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with a fresh lemon peel

Toasted Pecan Tiki

2 oz Rye Whiskey*
0.5 oz orange liqueur*
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz Yes Orgeat
0.25 oz Yes Toasted Pecan syrup
2 dashes Bangin Bitters Aromatic

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled glass

*replace rye whiskey with rum and orange liqueur with banana liqueur to make a Banana Nut Bread tiki variation.

Chocolate Maple Pecan Old Fashioned

2 oz Bourbon*
0.25 oz toasted pecan syrup
0.25 oz peppermint & cacao syrup
0.25 oz maple syrup
3 dashes Bangin Bitters toasted walnut

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint

*Bourbon can be replaced with club soda or tonic water to make a Chocolate Maple Pecan Mocktail

Wicked Behavior

2 oz Bourbon
0.75 oz pineapple juice
0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz Amarø
0.5 oz hot toddy syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe

Lady Washington

1 oz Brandy
0.5 elderflower liqueur
0.75 grapefruit juice
0.5 oz hot toddy syrup
3 oz cava

Combine brandy, liqueur, grapefruit juice, and hot toddy syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and strain into a flute
Top with Cava
Garnish with a grapefruit peel
