2 oz Gin
0.5 oz Yes Coffee Syrup
0.5 oz Yes Hot toddy syrup
Tonic water or club soda
Combine coffee syrup, hot toddy syrup, and gin in a Collins glass over ice.
Stir to combine.
Top with tonic or club soda
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
Charleston Brown Water Society Punch
3 cups bourbon
2 cups dark rum
1.5 cups fresh orange juice
0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
16 oz Hot Toddy Syrup (2 bottles)
3 cups soda water
Combine all ingredients, except the soda water, in a pitcher.
Chill and add to a punch bowl over a large block of ice
Add soda water just before serving
Garnish with fresh sliced oranges
Beer and Loathing
1 oz Amarø
0.75 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz Hot Toddy Syrup
3-4 oz belgian beer or pilsner*
Combine Amarø, grapefruit juice and hot toddy syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice
Top with beer and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel
*Can be replaced with N/A beer, tonic or club soda for a mocktail twist!
Alternative Medicine
1.5 oz Apple Brandy
0.5 oz Jamaican Rum
1 oz Hot Toddy Syrup
A pinch each of black pepper, turmeric, ginger
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill
Double strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube
Garnish with candied ginger, sliced thin

2 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
1 oz Yes Smoked Maple Sour
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 Egg white (or aquafaba)
Rye Barrel Bitters
Combine whiskey, mixer, lemon juice & egg white in a shaker filled with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
Top with 2 dashes of Rye Barrel Bitters
Pink Pony Club
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Yes Passion fruit syrup
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 Egg white (or aquafaba)
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large cube of ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel

Smoke & Peach
2-3 slices of Peaches (peeled for easier straining)
1 oz Smoked maple sour mixer
1 tsp vanilla extract
Club soda or cherry seltzer to top
Bourbon Cherry to garnish
Muddle your peaches with the smoked maple sour mixer and vanilla extract in a shaker
Add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
Double strain into a rocks glass over ice
Top with seltzer or club soda
Garnish with Cherry
Smoked Maple Old Fashioned
2-3 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz Smoked Maple Sour Mixer
2-3 dashes Bangin Toasted Walnut Bitters
Boozy Cherry to garnish
Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass
To the glass, add your bitters, maple syrup, smoked maple mixer and the bourbon
Stir to combine.
