Pineapple Mockup

1 oz Yes Pineapple Mojito Mixer

0.5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz Yes Grenadine

Ginger Beer to top

 

Combine the Pineapple mixer, grenadine and lime juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake until chilled

Pour into a Collins glass over ice

Top up with Ginger Beer.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a Cherry

Pineapple Mint Martini

2 oz Vodka

3/4 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 oz Pineapple Mojito Mixer

 

Add vodka, Cointreau (or triple sec) and pineapple mojito mixer to a shaker with ice.

Shake until very cold

Strain into a chilled martini glass

Prickly Pear Spritz

1 oz Vodka

.5 oz Aperol

.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup

Prosecco to top

Orange wheel for garnish

 

Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaker with ice

Shake and Strain into chilled glass with ice

Top with Prosecco

Garnish with orange wheel

 

  • For a mocktail spritz, omit the vodka, and replace the Aperol and Prosecco with Yes Cocktail co Amarø and club soda, respectively.

Bramblin’ Man

.5 oz Prickly Pear Syrup

.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer

1 oz lemon juice

2 oz Gin

Club soda

Fresh blackberries

Lemon Wheel for garnish

 

Muddle 2/3 blackberries in a shaker

Add Gin, Prickly pear syrup, Blackberry Pom Mixer, and lemon juice to shaker and shake with ice.

Fine strain into rocks glass over ice

Top up with club soda

Garnish with Lemon wheel

 

*Omit Gin for a unique NA mocktail

Voodoo Child

2 oz Dark Rum

1 oz Silver Rum

.5 oz Prickly pear syrup

.5 oz Grenadine

1 oz lime juice

1 oz pineapple juice

Rye Barrel Bitters

Ginger beer

 

Combine all ingredients in a copper mug over ice

Stir well

Garnish with a Lime wheel

The Lone Star

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Silver Tequila

1 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Prickly pear syrup

1 dash of Burnt Orange Bitters

Lime Wheel for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice

Garnish with slice of lime

Pink Coachwhip

1.5 oz Blanco Tequila

1 oz Prickly Pear Syrup

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz Lime Juice

2 Dashes Rye Barrel Bitters

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice

Garnish with a Lime Wheel

Player Piano

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

3/4 oz Sugarcane Rum (Rhum Agricole)

9 drops Elderberry Bitters

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice

Shake Vigorously until well chilled, about 10-15 seconds

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

California Ranch Water

1 oz Blanca Tequila

1 oz Mezcal

1/2 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

1/2 oz Lime Juice

4 oz Sparkling Mineral Water

*Salt for Rim

*Orange wheels for Salt Rim

 

Rub the orange wheel on the rim of a Collins glass and salt rim

Add 1-2 orange wheels to bottom of glass and muddle

Add Tequila, Mezcal, Mixer, and Lime Juice.

Fill glass with ice and top up with Sparkling Mineral Water

Stir Gently and serve

Siesta

2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

1/2 oz Campari

1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Lime wheel for garnish

 

Combine tequila, lime juice, mixer, Campari and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted, about 20 seconds.

Strain cocktail into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a Lime wheel.

 

*For a refreshing mocktail, omit the tequila and replace the Campari with Yes Cocktail Zero Proof Amarø
