1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino

Boozy Cherry to garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake vigorously until well chilled

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a Boozy Cherry

Lost in Key West

1.25 oz Orange wine

1.5 oz Manzanilla Sherry

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

.5 oz fresh lime juice

2 dashes Burnt Orange Bitters

Club soda

Boozy Cherry for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients except for club soda in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice

Top up with club soda

Garnish with a boozy cherry (or two)

 

Gold on the Ceiling

.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer

.5 oz Key Lime Sour Mixer

2 oz Rye whiskey

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Boozy cherry and lemon twist for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a chilled coupe

Garnish with Boozy Cherry and lemon twist

Holiday Highball

1 oz Gin

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz grapefruit juice

1 oz Gingersnap Mixer

2 dashes Toasted walnut bitters

Club soda to top

Grapefruit wheel to garnish

 

Combine all ingredients except the club soda in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice

Top with Club soda

Garnish with grapefruit wheel

Fly by Night

1.5 oz scotch

1 oz Gingersnap Cocktail Mixer

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 dash Absinthe Bitters

Boozy cherry and grapefruit wheel for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice, stir and garnish

El Diablo

1.5 oz Reposado Tequila

.5 oz Creme de Cassis

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Gingersnap Cocktail Mixer

1-2 oz Club soda or Ginger beer

Lime wheel for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients except for the club soda/ginger beer in a shaker with ice

Shake and fine strain into an ice-filled Collins glass

Top with Club soda/Ginger beer

Garnish with lime wheel

 

*Make this cocktail without the tequila for a smooth NA mocktail!

 

 

Alternative Medicine

1½ OZ. APPLE BRANDY

½ OZ. JAMAICAN RUM

¾ OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE

⅓ OZ. HONEY

1 OZ. GINGERSNAP MIXER

1/4 TSP TURMERIC

1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER

MINCED CANDIED GINGER for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake to chill

Strain using a fine mesh cocktail strainer into a double Old Fashioned Glass over ice.

Garnish with minced candied ginger

Red Lotus

1.5 oz Vodka

1 oz Cranberry Spice Mixer

1.5 oz Lychee Liqueur

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Holiday Sea Breeze

1.5 ounces vodka

1 oz Cranberry spice mixer

2 ounces grapefruit juice

Grapefruit wheel for garnish

 

In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in vodka, cranberry mixer and grapefruit juice

Stir well and garnish with Grapefruit wheel

*Replace vodka with tonic or club soda for a sparkling mocktail!

Cranberry Sangria

16 oz Cranberry Spice Mixer

750 ml Wine (Any varietal works)

10 oz brandy

Ice

Cranberries, sliced oranges and blackberries

 

In a container with a lid, combine brandy and sliced fruit.

Allow this mixture to sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

When ready to serve combine mixer, wine, brandy and fruit

Stir to combine

Fill pitcher with ice and serve immediately.

 

*Optional: add 750 ml sparkling wine for a refreshing sparkling sangria!
