Frequently Asked Questions
As a club member, simply log in to your account and visit My Account › Subscriptions. Click Edit Bundle next to your active subscription to open the bundle builder, make your selections, and save — your changes will apply to your next shipment.
Bundle selections must be saved at least 3 days before your next billing date to take effect for that shipment. You can find your next billing date in My Account › Subscriptions. Changes made after the deadline will apply to the following shipment.
You can skip or reschedule a shipment anytime from My Account › Subscriptions. Click Manage on your active subscription and choose “Skip Next Shipment” or adjust the next delivery date. Skips must be made before your next billing date to take effect.
Club memberships require a 2-shipment minimum. After your second shipment, you can cancel anytime from My Account › Subscriptions — no phone call needed. If you have any trouble, just email us at info@yescocktailco.com and we’ll take care of it right away.
