Hickory Maple Manhattan

2 oz Rye
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz smoked maple sour
2 dashes bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.

Melon Baller Mocktail

1/2 cup Muddled fresh watermelon
3/4 oz Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail Mixer
Juice of 1 lime (approx 3/4 oz)
2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass.

Poisoned Apple

2 oz apple cider
1/4 oz Spiced Apple Syrup
1/4 oz Grenadine
2 oz tequila

Combine all ingredients directly in the glass. Stir to combine. Then fill glass with ice!

Harvest Moon

.25 oz Orange Peel & Bitters Mixer
.25 passionfruit syrup
4oz sparkling wine

Combine mixer and syrup in a champagne flute. Stir to combine. Top up with Champagne.

Black Magic Martini

1 oz blackberry pomegranate mixer
2 oz gin
.75 fresh lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
.25 Tsp activated charcoal

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.

Spooky Old Fashioned

2 oz rye
1 Midnight Old Fashioned Cube

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass on ice and stir to combine (appx 10 seconds) Strain into a chilled rocks glass with one large ice sphere and garnish with an orange garnish.

Jalapeno Paloma

2 oz Tequila or Mezcal

1 oz Cucumber Jalapeno Mixer

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 oz Grapefruit Soda

Combine first three ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake until chilled.  Open pour into a rocks glass and top up with grapefruit soda.  Stir to combine.

Jalapeno Pineapple Smash

2 oz Rum, White Rum, or Whiskey

.5 Yes Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail Mixer

1 oz Pineapple Juice

.5 fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.  Open pour into your favorite glass.  Makes a great pitcher cocktail!

Fire Starter

2 oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. Yes Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail Mixer
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz. yellow Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz. Campari, for float

Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass holding a single large ice cube (optional). Gently add Campari as a “float” atop the drink, and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

Dolores Del Rio

2 oz. Tequila (Infused with jalapeno)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Yes Passionfruit Syrup
3⁄4 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail Mixer
1 pinch kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.  Strain into a coupe glass and serve.
