2 oz YCC Amarø
0.5 oz YCC Lavender Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
4-5 oz Club Soda
Garnish: Lemon wheel and/or fresh lavender sprig
Stir everything (except garnish) together in a Collins glass with fresh ice until chilled, about 20 seconds. Garnish and enjoy!
