1 oz YCC Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
Top with: Your favorite sparkling wine
Garnish: 2 Meyer Lemon Twists
Combine everything (except for sparkling wine and garnish) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Split between two champagne flutes, top with sparkling wine, garnish and enjoy.
