0.25 oz YCC Amarø
0.5 oz YCC Prickly Pear Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Vodka
Top with: Prosecco (or your favorite sparkling wine)
Garnish: Orange Wheel
Combine all ingredients (except Prosecco and garnish) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into Collins glass with fresh ice, top with Prosecco, garnish and enjoy.
Make it a mocktail:
Substitute vodka for water or your favorite iced tea. Substitute prosecco for club soda. Follow the same directions as above, and enjoy!
