Yuzu & Peach Gin Fizz

1oz YCC Yuzu & Peach Mixer
2oz Gin
0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
Top with: Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Twist (optional)

Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda, garnish and enjoy!
