Cucumber Jalapeno Collins

1 oz Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail Mixer

.75 oz Lime Juice

1.5 of London Dry Gin

Seltzer

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Collins Glass. Top up with seltzer.

Hibiscus Rose Margarita

2 oz Tequila

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Hibiscus Rose Cocktail Mixer

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Japanese Cocktail

2 oz Whiskey

1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Shanghai Buck

2 oz Rum

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Yes Cocktail Co. Ginger Citrus Cocktail Mixer

Seltzer

Combine first three ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass or copper mug filled with ice. Top up with seltzer.

My Cup of Tea

  • 2 oz Earl Grey Infused Bourbon
  • .5 oz Hot Toddy Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass on ice. Pour into an old fashioned glass

(rimmed with the with a cinnamon sugar) over a single ice cube.

To infuse the bourbon, fill up a mason jar with 8oz of bourbon. Put one tea bag in and let

sit for 24 hours.

Lumberjack Sour

• 2 oz. Rye Whiskey

• .5 oz Yes Co. Smoked Maple Sour

• 1 oz lemon grilled lemon juice (instructions below)**

• 1 egg white

Grilled Lemon Juice : slice lemons in half, place cut side down on a preheated hot grill for 1-2 minutes or until deeply caramelized. Dip in sugar for extra depth of flavor. Add bourbon, lemon juice, cocktail syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 secs without ice. Add ice and shake again for 30 secs.

Legends of the Fall

  • .2 oz Dry Gin
  • .5 oz of freshly lemon juice
  • .25 oz charred oak maple syrup
  • .25 oz of Orange peel and Bitters
  • Absinthe/Herbsaint

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe that has been rinsed with Absinthe or Herbsaint.

Good Tidings

  • 1.5 oz cacao nib-infused gin
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • .75 fresh lemon juice
  • .5 Yes peppermint & cacao
  • .5 oz Branca Menta

Holiday-Rita

1 oz Yes Cranberry Spice

1 oz tequila blanco

1 oz mezcal

.75 oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge & a cinnamon stick

Tangerine Tea

1.5 oz vodka or gin

5-6 oz brewed black tea

1 oz Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer

Rim glass with fine cane sugar.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
