0.75oz YCC Yuzu & Peach Mixer
0.25oz YCC Ginger Citrus Mixer
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice (great with lime, too!)
3oz Lemon Verbena Tea (chilled)
3-4 Large Mint Leaves
Top with: Club Soda
Garnish: Mint Leaves (optional)
Lightly muddle mint leaves in shaker. Do not over muddle as the mint will become too bitter. Add all other ingredients (except club soda) to shaker and shake with ice until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda, garnish and enjoy!
